From the district office, follow Rt. 419 towards Salem. Turn south onto Rt. 221 (left). Follow Rt. 221 for approximately 11 and ½ miles. At this point one will pass the Bent Mountain Rescue Squad Building on the left, slowly pass the Post Office on the right, turn right onto Rt. 711 (Tinsley Lane) and go approximately 1/4-1/2 mile to the church. It is right next to the Bent Mountain Elementary School.
